MARINE EXPO DECEMBER 2021
During the panel, we discussed the damage to the Ocean coming from waste disposal. We highlighted the importance of managing waste on safari boats and reducing the number of single-use plastics. Since there were some concerns from the audience and the boat operators, we talked about the difficulties and challenges they face trying to throw away the waste after their trips when they are back in the harbour in Hulhumale’.
We believe the panel discussion went great and helped highlighting serious issues, we want to thank MNBA for inviting us to the event and for the opportunity to express our concerns.
